EWU is an online platform which helps you create an event, manage an event, sell tickets online and buy tickets online with ease and with peace of mind. The platform itself is capable of preparing reports and emailing it on day to day basis to the organisers and help them focus on the event.
An e-ticket is an event ticket sent to you through email, it can also be printed. You will receive the e-ticket on your email once the transactions go successful through our website.
You will receive an email regarding your ticket confirmation and you can take a print of your ticket and show it at the entrance of your event. If you did not receive an e-mail with the ticket, you can download your ticket by logging into your account at www.eventswithus.au. It is important that you carry the debit/credit card used for transaction.
All you need to do is get a print out of your emailed ticket confirmation and take it to the venue along with your payment card used to buy the ticket. The organizers will scan the QR code on your ticket and match the record and give you an entry to the event.
The event promoters at the venue are provided with details of all who have purchased tickets for a particular event. All you need is your e ticket confirmation email and your payment card to gain an entry to your event. Booking an e ticket in advance saves you money, hassle and time. Get tickets at cheaper prices than on the door prices. You can avoid queues and most importantly you get a guaranteed event entry when you book tickets at www.eventswithus.au
Sometimes event prices will change during their listing. Booking tickets as early as possible is advised as events prices tend to increase when close to sell out and/or nearer to the event date
Booking fees will be applied to only a small number of events and these will be clearly displayed. However, we try our utmost to prevent booking fees needing to be charged. However there is a small transaction fee applicable per attendee and this is charged during the checkout process.
As soon as your payment is authorised you will receive your e-ticket confirmation via email, alternatively you can check your tickets in your account on www.eventswithus.au.
Double check the details you are entering and re-submit your card. If it is still failing, contact your credit card supplier for further information.

Age restrictions are clearly mentioned alongside each event. Please check the details and then make your purchase.
If you have not received any email confirmation, we would request you to check your spam folder of your mailbox. If the email is not found, you can download the tickets by logging into your account on www.eventswithus.au. Alternatively, call us at 1300 025 365 and we will resend the confirmation email. This can be due to some technical issue or an incorrect email address entry during purchase.

No. EWU is simply a service which acts as an online sales agent on behalf of event organisers and promoters.
There is NO cancellation and refund of tickets. In case you are not able to make it to the event you can contact the event organizer. If the organizer agrees, you will get a refund after deduction of booking fee per ticket. The booking fee varies depending on your event and ticket price.
